In reply to Laurie. Hi Laurie, Ate at a fantastic restaurant in Pittsburgh called Elements, recommended of course by our very own Tim LaCasse! Food was so fantastic it should get a blog post all it's own. Best dinner and dessert I've ever had.....no kidding. Chef Justin was amazing (and a super nice guy)! Stay tuned for more posts. I LOVED your top 5 foods list! And I can’t wait to see how it evolves as you continue on your trip and eat the local specialty foods at each stop. I think it should be a regular feature on the family blog! I loved catching up on your trip by reading all of these entries. Sounds like you’re having a GREAT time. But… I miss you.

Hey Alex, I love that video, and the fact that I made your top Canadian people list, it must have been the Vector (made in Canada) cereal, the ketchup chips, Nestle Aero Chocolate bars, cap guns and more that made you surf on that board so well! Nice video dude!
