Rather than positioning itself as a workout essential, it works as an everyday companion, the sort of drink that belongs in your fridge alongside cold brew, oat milk, and your favourite chilli oil. In keeping with AA’s Seventh Tradition, NKC accepts contributions from AA members (AA members are anyone who has a desire to stop drinking) and does not accept outside contributions. If you are not an AA member, please do not contribute. The acceptance, encouragement and “We’ve been there too” has been so healing during these early days of my sobriety. For Safety, Security, and Safeguarding purposes, all meeting attendees will be muted until the Chairperson / Secretary, or Admin grants permission to participate.
