RVing in Wicked Cool Chicago!

Willis Tower view

Me at the Sears (aka Willis) Tower

There are lots of things to see in Chicago when you’re RVing full time, but the sky deck at the Willis (aka Sears) Tower is the best of them all.

It is THE one thing that you HAVE to see in Chicago. This is because when you are up on the Sky Deck you can see everything from a baby to the Jon Hancock tower.

The Willis Tower

The Willis Tower from the very bottom its HUGE!

There is also something that is called “The Ledge” it is a box that is glass 180 degrees around you.

Unlike my dad, I LOVE heights and it is cool that  you can see directly down on people who look like ants.

Another thing you have to see is Wrigley Field, the second oldest ballpark in America.  We were lucky to get tickets to the Cubs game. The Cubs game was great!

I got a hat that has a bear on it and a 12 inch hot dog. My brother got a rally monkey with a mohawk for his rally monkey collection he started when we first went RVing.

I have wanted a Cubs hat for several years because when I was little I had a Cubs hat that I wore every day. It got  lost when we moved a few years ago.

The third thing that you should see when you’re RVing full time in Chicago is the water tower and all the other cool buildings on Michigan Avenue.  The water tower is especially neat because it has pictures of the city in 1871 BEFORE the Great Chicago Fire. The water tower is one of only two buildings to survive the Great Chicago Fire.

The Great Chicago fire burned up a lot of buildings but not the water tower
